Leads end-to-end planning and execution of influencer events, product launches, and pop-up shops, covering venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, fabrication, and onsite execution. Builds budgets, timelines, and run-of-shows, curates guest lists of creators and press, manages sample trafficking, and creates scalable event playbooks.
