Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one step — a button in your account or a single email. No call required, no cancellation fee.
What happens when I cancel?
Paid distribution runs to the end of your paid month. Roles already live stay on the board until their 30 days run out, even if the plan ends first.
Do you offer refunds?
No partial-month refunds. If you paid and never got a single role live, we refund you in full.
What happens to my founding rate if I cancel?
The $29 founding lock is released when you cancel. If you rejoin later, it's at the then-current standard rate.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Events hiring is seasonal — pause billing for up to 3 months and keep your founding rate lock. Your live roles finish their 30 days; distribution resumes when you unpause.
How many roles can I have live?
Free: 2 active roles. Distribution: 3. Distribution Plus: 10. A role counts as active while it's live on the board.
What does hand-reviewed mean?
Every listing is checked by a person before it goes live — real role, real company, salary present where provided. It's why candidates trust the board.
