About This Board

B2BEVENTJOBS.COM is the first job board built exclusively for the B2B events, conference, and trade show industry — sponsorship and exhibit sales, conference programming and content, event operations and planning, marketing and audience development, account management and client success, and the corporate functions that support them.

It was built by a team of recruiters and event veterans who have spent their careers inside this industry, hiring for some of the largest event organizers and publishers in the world. The site grew out of dozens of conversations with hiring leaders describing the same problem: too many applicants, too few who understand the business.

That problem runs both ways. Talented event professionals get buried on general job boards, where a conference producer role sits next to a thousand listings that have nothing to do with the work.

So, we built the opposite. We aggregate and index roles directly from company career sites, applicant tracking systems, and job boards across the industry, then review every listing by hand before it goes live.

We also check twice daily for closed and expired roles and remove them automatically. No dead links, no applications disappearing into a req that was filled three weeks ago. Every posting on the board is relevant, active, and worth your time.

The approach is working. The board now reaches 3–4k event professionals a month and continues to grow — a focused audience of people who already know this industry.
