The Lead Field & Events Marketing Manager at WP Engine owns and evolves North America field marketing programs to build brand awareness, engage priority audiences, and accelerate sales pipeline. Operating as a senior individual contributor, this role balances strategic program planning with hands-on event production across tradeshows, regional sponsorships, roadshows, and executive dinners. The manager partners cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to manage budgets, ensure lead follow-through, and deliver regular performance and ROI reporting to leadership.
