WHAT IT ISB2BEVENTJOBS.COM

The career home for event professionals.

B2BEventJobs.com is a hand-curated job board built for the people who create live experiences: conferences, trade shows, and B2B events, plus consumer events, brand activations, and experiential marketing. We started in B2B and still know it best, but great event careers don't stop at the show floor. Whether you sell sponsorships, produce festivals, run exhibitor relations, or build brand experiences, this is where your next role lives.

It's also much more than a job board. It's everything event professionals need to find their next role, grow their careers, and stay connected to the business of live events.

WHO BUILT ITB2BEVENTJOBS.COM

Built by people who hire in events.

This board was created by recruiters and event veterans who have spent their careers hiring, training, and managing people in these exact roles for some of the largest event organizers and publishers in the world. It covers seven core functions, from sponsorship sales and conference programming to audience development and trade show operations. More than a decade of reviewing resumes, running searches, and sitting in hiring debriefs sits behind every judgment call.

Shaped by the people who do the work.

It also draws on hundreds of conversations with the people who speak this language. Registration coordinators and exhibitor services managers. Conference producers and sponsorship directors. Audience development leads, experiential producers, and VPs of events. People from trade show floors, conference stages, and brand activations alike.

We ran focus groups and one-on-one interviews, reviewed thousands of resumes, and studied third-party research on how event professionals search, apply, and move through their careers. We asked what frustrated them about job hunting in this industry, what they wished existed, and what would actually make their next move easier.

The answers shaped everything here: how jobs are categorized, how listings are vetted, and what lives beyond the board itself. All of it went into building something worthy of the people who make events happen.

"Titles in this industry rarely translate outside it."

— VP of Events, B2B media company

WHY IT EXISTSB2BEVENTJOBS.COM

Finding a job in this industry is harder than it should be.

The big boards bury event roles under thousands of unrelated listings. Association career pages go untouched for weeks, with dead links and postings from months ago. Search for "event marketing" anywhere else and you'll wade through wedding planners, party rentals, and jobs that closed in the spring.

Hiring leaders describe the mirror image: too many applicants, too few who understand the business. Recruiters told us they spend hours screening people who've never worked a show, while the experienced professionals they actually want never see the posting.

So we built the fix.

This board only carries roles in B2B/C events, conferences, trade shows, and brand experiences. Every listing is reviewed by hand, checked twice daily for dead links, and removed after 45 days. Nothing else.

"Generic job boards buried our roles."

— Hiring Director, trade show organizer

HOW LISTINGS GET HEREB2BEVENTJOBS.COM

Listings are sourced from employers' career pages, applicant tracking system feeds, and public postings.

We curate for relevance, not volume. We're not the employer, we don't control hiring decisions, and we can't confirm a role is still open or that the details listed are current. Applications happen on the employer's site under their terms.

We never charge job seekers. No one from B2BEventJobs.com will ask you to pay a fee, and a legitimate employer won't ask for payment or sensitive financial information to apply. If something looks wrong, report it and we'll take it down.

Employers can request removal at any time.

WE SWEEP TWICE A DAYB2BEVENTJOBS.COM

We sweep the entire board twice a day for closed, expired, and broken listings.

Every job seeker knows the feeling. You find the perfect role, write the cover letter, click apply, and land on a 404. Or worse, you submit everything and hear nothing, because the req closed three weeks ago and nobody took the posting down.

We sweep the entire board twice a day for closed, expired, and broken listings and remove them automatically. Nothing stays past 45 days, the median time to fill for senior roles,* so even a role that quietly closed without notice comes off the board.

WHERE IT STANDSB2BEVENTJOBS.COM

More than 5,000 event professionals come to the board each month.*

Not a general audience, like you'd find on LinkedIn or Indeed, that happens to include some event people. An audience that already knows this industry, many of them credentialed, reads these job titles fluently, and is looking for their next stage.

What started as a job board has grown into something closer to a career hub.

Industry news, covered through a hiring lens, because acquisitions and leadership moves tell you where the jobs are going before the postings appear. A weekly newsletter with job drops and product updates. A marketplace of vetted recruiters and career coaches for people who need more than a listing. A trade show and event calendar. And Scout, an AI job matcher (in beta) that learns what you're looking for and points you to roles that fit.

More is coming.
